Get to know the Hiring Manager: Molly Mazza

Who is Molly Mazza?

I’m the Global Head of Client Growth at ID5, where I focus on building strong client relationships, creating structure in fast-moving environments, and helping teams operate with clarity and purpose. I’ve worked across key U.S. adtech markets, NYC, Chicago, and now Charlotte, NC, where I’m currently based. I’ve always gravitated toward roles that blend people, product, and strategy, from my early days in account management at Tapad and Ogury to leading Commercial Operations at TrueData before joining ID5.

What I enjoy most is taking complex identity and data challenges and making them feel simple, actionable, and valuable for clients. Outside of work, I’m usually planning my next trip or helping friends and family find the perfect outfit, restaurant, or itinerary; it’s genuinely one of my favorite things to do!

Why is this an exciting time to join ID5?

The Client Growth, Account Management team is a newly formalized function within ID5, created post-acquisition to strengthen how we retain, grow, and protect revenue across our global client base. Growth is only possible when current clients see increasing value over time, and this team is accountable for ensuring our partnerships stay strong, strategic, and future-focused.

Our work centers on long-term client value, deepening relationships, identifying risk early, and uncovering meaningful opportunities for expansion. Because we partner closely with sales, product, partnerships, and operations, we’re positioned to think like business owners and bring a strategic lens to every account.
