Get to know the Hiring Manager: Lisa Abousaleh

We know making your next career move can be daunting, so we’ve created this series to help make the process a little bit less intimidating. ID5’s Head of Recruitment, Jack Brawn, sat down with Lisa Abousaleh to provide candidates with a sneak peek into what life at ID5 is like. Check out the current openings at ID5 and meet Lisa!

Who is Lisa Abousaleh?

As VP of Publisher and Distribution Partnerships at ID5, Lisa leads the company's expansion and management of supply-side collaborations. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening ID5's global presence with premium publishers across digital channels, including web, mobile app, CTV, gaming and audio.

Before joining ID5, Lisa was CEO and Co-Founder of Neutronian, an industry leader in data privacy and quality verification. Prior to establishing Neutronian, Lisa held leadership positions at Comscore in partnership development, account management, and customer success.

Why is this an exciting time to join ID5?

While Google may have decided not to officially deprecate cookies, the availability of legacy signals, such as third-party cookies, continues to decline, and overall signal loss is a challenge that many are facing. At the same time, more and more advertising dollars are being spent in non-web-based environments like mobile apps, CTV, gaming and audio.

ID5 is uniquely positioned to help media owners, advertisers, and platforms navigate these types of challenges as an independent, privacy-first, adaptive identity provider. With the largest global footprint and our high-precision cross-device graph, we are able to help media owners increase addressability and buyers improve return on ad spend. The advertising ecosystem is evolving, and ID5 is playing a key role in driving meaningful change for a better, more transparent, and privacy-focused future.

What are the top three qualities you are looking for in a candidate?

Strategic, proactive, flexible

What makes working at ID5 and your team unique?

The team and culture at ID5 are unlike any I have seen before. We are a group of diverse, unique individuals who enjoy the fast pace and flexibility of the start-up environment. Everyone is highly motivated to collaborate and drive positive change together. On top of this, as a company that has always been fully remote, even before working from home was “cool”, we have developed onboarding processes and team-building approaches that help us all feel supported and connected despite not sitting in the same office (or time zone) as each other.

The Publisher team specifically is unique in that we are responsible for the health of ID5’s overall footprint, which is the underpinning of everything that we do. Our team fosters and grows relationships with media owners of all sizes, geographies and channels. We get to really understand the unique challenges and opportunities that publishers are facing and then figure out how ID5 can best support them.
